lns works on both Windows and POSIX, and is much much faster than
calling ln/mklink for every single file.

This makes symlinked/hardlinked modularized structure usable.

Note: When creating that many (sym|hard)links, it takes some time for
the system to flush it to disk when lns exits. This is the cause of
the pause between each module, and is to be expected.
